Wherever possible, we proceed with negotiations in an amicable manner in order to preserve the relationship between the parties while seeking a resolution that is ultimately in the best interest of our clients.

If an independent mediator is desired by both parties, we are prepared to go forward with negotiations in order to reach a win-win conclusion, with one of the parties being sent to another solicitor for independent legal advice before any settlement documents are signed. This is an efficient and cost effective way of resolving disputes in situations where neither party wishes to incur extensive legal costs to settle their dispute.
